Our Service Promise

  3. We sell only registered Maine Coon Kittens — each with official pedigree or registration papers. If you wish to transfer registration to your local kennel club, we can provide an export pedigree for $75, with your name and address printed on it.

  4. Your kitten’s health is our top priority. Each kitten is vet-checked a day or two before departure to ensure excellent health. Kittens remain with their mother and littermates as long as possible to prevent separation anxiety and aid socialization. A certified airport veterinarian also checks your kitten before the flight. All documents are securely attached to your kitten’s crate.

  5. Please be ready to pick up your kitten at the airport at the specified time (typically 2 hours after flight arrival). A valid ID (passport or driver’s license) is required. Home delivery is also available for an additional cost. Once your kitten arrives, please email us to confirm safe arrival and take your kitten for a vet check within 48 hours.

  6. To help your kitten adjust, start with bottled water, then gradually mix with tap water. Continue feeding the same kitten food brand your kitten has been used to (a starter pack for about 2 weeks is provided).

  7. We’ll make a follow-up call within 24 hours of delivery to ensure everything is perfect and answer any questions.

  8. We’ll stay connected through emails and newsletters with helpful Boxer care tips and updates.

  9. The original pedigree, vaccination booklet, and health guarantee will arrive by mail within 2–4 weeks after delivery.

  10. We love seeing your kitten grow! Please share photos and updates — it truly makes our day.

Step-by-Step Process to Getting Your Kitten

Step 1 – Choose Your Kitten
Visit the Our Kittens page to view all available kittens.

Step 2 – Contact Us
Use the Contact Form on our website to tell us which kitten you’re interested in.

Step 3 – Confirmation & Paperwork
Once we receive your inquiry, one of our agents will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability.
You may either place a hold for up to 7 days with a deposit, or proceed with full adoption. We’ll provide your invoice and lifetime satisfaction guarantee.

Step 4 – Flight Details
Once your kitten’s flight is booked, we’ll send all details including flight number, departure & arrival times, and pickup instructions.

Step 5 – Arrival & Follow-Up
Within 24 hours of takeoff, we’ll call to confirm your kitten’s safe arrival and ensure you’ve taken possession of your new family member.

Step 6 – Vet Visit
Please schedule your kitten’s first veterinary visit within 48 hours of arrival for a general check-up.
